• Orders cancelled before shipping receive a full refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

• If the package is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and email us the order ID with photos.
• If a defect is found after delivery, report it within 24 hours with photos. A replacement will be arranged.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

CONDITIONS

• Customized products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
  Products bought during a sale are non-refundable.
• Shipping and reverse pickup charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is borne by the customer.
