Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Woven Poetry?

While you are not required to have an account to shop on Woven Poetry, we do recommend that you register for one. By registering, you will be able to take advantage of our special offers and keep a record of your orders. In addition, registered users will receive notifications and previews of our latest collection launches, giving you the chance to be among the first to see our newest products.

How do I register?

Creating an account is quick and easy. To register, simply click on the "Register" button and enter your email ID along with a password to create your account. Once you have filled in the necessary information, you will be ready to start using our services.

How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" option located on the Account/Login page. From there, enter your registered email address and a link to set a new password will be sent to that email address. Make sure to check your inbox and spam folder if you don't see the email in your primary inbox.

Our website's Home Page is designed with an extensive arrangement of categories and subcategories to assist you in finding the item you desire. Do all saris come with blouse piece?

Not all saris come with a blouse piece. However, if a saree does come with a blouse piece, it will be explicitly mentioned in the product description

How do I order for something on Woven Poetry?

To place an order on our website, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Products" section on our website.
  2. Browse through the items and select the ones you wish to purchase.
  3. Click on the "Add to Cart" button for each item you want to purchase.
  4. Once you have added all the items you want to purchase, click on the cart icon at the top of the page.
  5. Click on the "Checkout" button and enter your shipping and billing details.
  6. Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment process.
  7. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS on your registered mobile number.

What are the delivery charges?

For deliveries within India, a delivery charge of INR 150 will be applied to orders below INR 5000. However, for orders exceeding INR 5000, delivery will be free of charge. We want to ensure that our products are accessible to customers across India and strive to offer fair and transparent pricing.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time for your order may vary depending on the destination city. Generally, delivery to all metros and Tier 1 cities takes 3-4 days, while delivery to Tier II cities may take up to 5 days. For certain cities in North India and J&K, delivery may take up to 10 days. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that could cause a delay in the shipment or delivery of your order. We kindly request your patience during these times, and we will make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.If you encounter any issues with your shipment or delivery, please feel free to contact us at info@wovenpoetry.com.

I am unable to place an order.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. To address the issue, we suggest trying an alternative browser or device, if available. Alternatively, you may contact us through info@wovenpoetry or by call/Whatsapp us at +919372083533, and we will make every effort to resolve the problem promptly.

I would want to cancel my order. What do I do?

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so before it is shipped. If you choose to cancel an order that has already been shipped, a deduction of INR 150 will be made to cover the cost of packing and shipping. To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to info@wovenpoetry.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation". We will be happy to assist you with the process.

Can I pre-order a product which is sold out?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pre-orders at this time. However, you may click on the "Notify When Available" tab, and we will send you an email notification once a comparable item is back in stock. Additionally, we recommend checking our Instagram account for updates on new product releases.

I placed an order twice. How do I cancel one order?

If you have accidentally placed a duplicate order and wish to cancel one of them, please contact us immediately at info@wovenpoetry.com and include "Order cancellation" in the subject line. We will investigate the matter and cancel one of your orders. Any refund due will be issued through the same payment method that was used to place the order.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can email us on info@wovenpoetry.com to inform about such a situation. We will try our best to get the same resolved if the order is not shipped.

How to check the status of my order?

To track the status of your order, please visit our website at www.wovenpoetry.com and go to the "My Account" section, where you can find the "My Orders" tab. Additionally, you will receive email notifications with updates on the status of your order.

Why did I receive only a part of my order?

If you have only received a partial order, there are a couple of possible reasons for this:

  1.  Your order may have been shipped in multiple parts, and the remaining items are still in transit
  2. The stock for the remaining items may not have been available at the time of shipment. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone call and offer you the option to select an alternative item for your order through our website

Do you do deliver outside of India?

At present, we are only shipping within India. We will update our website once we begin international shipping. For updates on international shipping and other news, please follow our Instagram page @thewovenpoetry

What are the payment options?

After selecting the item(s) you wish to purchase, you can make payment using Netbanking, Credit Card or Debit Card. We utilize secure and trusted payment gateways to process all credit and debit card payments made on our website

How are the confirmed orders delivered to me?

Once you have confirmed your order, we will ship the items through one of our trusted courier partners. We carefully screen these logistics service providers before partnering with them to ensure that they are reputable and reliable. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email and SMS notification with the courier partner's details and the tracking number. We will also provide an estimated delivery date via email and SMS.

I have already placed my order; can I add more items to the same order?

After completing the payment process for your order, you will not be able to add or edit the items in the order. If you wish to purchase additional items, you can place a new order by selecting the items you wish to purchase and completing the order and payment process for those items.

Do you take orders over the phone?

We do not accept orders over the phone. To place an order, please visit our website at www.wovenpoetry.com. Our Instagram page @thewovenpoetry also has a link to the website in the bio for your convenience.

How do I know once my order is confirmed?

After your payment is authorized and your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email from Woven Poetry confirming your order. The email will contain your order number, details of the items you have ordered, and the amount paid. Additionally, you will also receive an SMS confirming your order.

Refund and Exchange Policy

When are Returns/Exchange not possible?

  1. We do not accept return requests that are initiated more than 24 hours after the delivery date.
  2. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or damaged items.
  3. The tags of the items must be intact and undamaged in order to initiate a return or exchange.
  4. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange

What is the Return Policy?

Woven Poetry practices a simple and hassle-free Return Policy. You can raise a Return Request on the website through “My Orders” in “My Account” tab. Or you can write to us at info@wovenpoetry.com and we will try to resolve the issue. Return is possible only in case of a manufacturing defect, which needs to be highlighted to us within 24 hours of  delivery along with a photograph. The product will need to be returned in the same condition with tags, and your refund will be processed in 5-7 working days through the same source used during payment. No Returns or Exchanges would be acceptable if the Return Request is not filled within 24 hours of receiving the product.
