Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you should do so within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at orders@wovenpoetry.com and call our customer care number at +91 93720 83533
  • Orders that are cancelled before shipping will receive a full refund
  • However, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
  • Please note that customized products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged

Exchange & Returns Policy:

We at Woven Poetry, ensure an efficient quality control and inspection is in place for all our products.

However, please follow the below instructions, in case of a rare scenario where you receive a product in damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered :

  • You should refuse to accept the package and inform us via email at orders@wovenpoetry.com and contact us at +91 93720 83533. with your order ID along with some photos 
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too 
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@wovenpoetry.com
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Shipping charges for sending the product back must be borne by the customer. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges and reverse pick up charges
  • Products bought during a sale are non-refundable
  • The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:
  • Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, and products without a valid, readable, untampered serial number will not be eligible for refund
